Our website is temporary down due to our site construction. If you have an activation request, please send the request to and we will send you the reply email after the activation has been completed. We expect our website to be running again on Monday, September 11th. Also, please note that we CAN NOT be able to do Verizon Prepaid activation STARTING September, 1st 2017 for you and you must activate from either Vidapay, epay or Qpay. Even if you already have Vidapay or epay account, you MUST have a separate account with us to be able to activate Verizon from your current Vidapay, epay or Qpay account. If you still haven’t filled out the application for Vidapay, epay or Qpay with us yet, please contact us immediately so we can set up your account as soon as possible. The process can take up to few weeks, so you must submit the application now to be able to start activating Verizon Prepaid soon.

1. Please TURN OFF the phone until you receive the activated number from us.
2. We will contact you once the account has been activated or if any missing or additional information is needed.
3. After you receive the phone number from us, dial *22890 for phones that do not need sim cards to program the phone. For sim card required phones, just put the sim card into the phone, and the program will go through automatically.
4. After the progrming is done, a test call must be made in order to complete the activation process.
